主本票
The 主本票 (MPN) is a legal document in which you promise to repay your loan(s) and any accrued interest and fees to the U.S. Department of Education. It also explains the terms and conditions of your loan(s).
Parent PLUS Loan borrowers must complete a separate 主本票.
If you have previously completed the 主本票 at another school, you are still required to complete the 主本票 for Hawkeye 社区 College.
You must complete your 主本票 before the first disbursement of your Federal Loans.
To complete your 主本票 you will need:

To list Hawkeye 社区 College as the school name.

Approximately 30 minutes to complete the session. The 主本票 must be completed in a single session so be sure you allow enough time.

Personal information such as your permanent and mailing address, 电话号码, 电子邮件地址, and alien registration number if you are an eligible non-citizen.

Employer information including your employer name and address.

Reference information for two people with different U.S. addresses who have known you for at least three years.

References are not co-signers of your Federal Direct Loans.

Parent PLUS loan Borrowers: You may not list the student for whom you are borrowing this loan as a reference.

Parent PLUS Loan borrowers will also need the following information about the student for whom the loan is being taken out:
- 学生's first name, middle initial, and last name.
- 学生's social security number.
- 学生出生日期.
- 学生的地址.
- 学生电话号码.
Print a copy of your completed 主本票 for your records before exiting this website. You will know your session is complete once you see a "Congratulations" screen. Hawkeye 社区 College will receive an electronic acknowledgment of its completion.
